MILD STEEL FLUX CORED WIRE FOR MIG/MAG WELDING
CLASSIFICATION: AWS A/SFA 5.20, E71T-1C
In Flux cored arc welding (FCAW) process , the heat for welding is produced by an electric arc between a continuous filler metal electrode and the work piece. Flux cored electrode makes the welding process unique. It is designed to be used with CO2 gas shielding.
The flux cored wire consist of an outer shell of metal with flux inside the metal shell.
The core material can be either an alloy or a mixture of chemicals.
Other advantages of FCAW are as follows:
The JACKSUN E 71T – 1 C has an excellent welding performance on both mild steel and 490 to 670 MPa grade tensile strength sheets of steel such as ships, pressure vessels, machinery, bridges, etc.
JACKSUN E 71T – 1 C provides exceptional performance at a low cost, which makes it an excellent choice for those looking to weld efficiently and effectively.
